A little about me...Hello! This is my third year teaching third grade, and I couldn't be more excited! Previously, I taught sixth grade for the second half of a school year in San Diego and spent several months of the 2014-2015 school year subbing in the Beaverton District.
I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in math. I also obtained my Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Point Loma. Ever since I was a toddler, I wanted to be a school teacher. So thrilled to be living out my dream! Outside of teaching, I love to travel. I lived in Italy for four months and England for one. I always have the itch to see more countries! I also enjoy being active whether that be playing soccer or running. My newest hobby is learning to golf! You will find me watching sports on Saturdays. Go Ducks! This summer I spent my days traveling through Europe and visiting family in London. There were also many weekends in Southern California celebrating friends getting married! I look forward to another fun year! |
